This online version does not appear to provide payroll and thus is not STP compatible.
I use Quickbooks Original (Online Subscription)
This is an online version with a monthly subscription. All three iterations (‘Simple Start’, ‘Essentials’, and ‘Plus’) have payroll functionality and are STP compatible. You’ll need to switch on STP.
I use Quickbooks on my Desktop
It’s likely that your software is a much older version of Quickbooks and will not allow you to lodge STP. Talk to us about upgrading your software.
Alternatively, you could use an external software like GovReports to meet your STP obligations. We do recommend using an all-in-one software package though as STP and SuperStream requirements have made it growingly cumbersome to maintain easy to follow records.
